Pending Permit Approval: Moving Right Along

Concept art of the style we are going for (white, black, wood accent) in our upstairs community area with the glass window overlooking our 3,700sqft front room. We are planning on dirt moving in the next TWO weeks! The foundation will then get rolling because the metal building itself will arrive before the end of June. It's getting real.

That's the good news, now the other news is a lot is going on behind the scenes, but nothing to do except remain resilient and push forward! We are full throttle getting started, but like life, unexpected events pop-up that you just have to handle and resolve.

We experienced multiple unexpected speed bumps (about 6 or 7) in the span of a couple days last week. We then set a meeting with the Mayor yesterday to see what could be done about it. In the meeting he made some phone calls and got us answers immediately. He has always incredibly helpful, supportive, and fair - being fair isn't necessarily about hearing what you want to hear, but hearing what reality is. After leaving, we got to work. Got on the phone with our contractor and he is working to get these approvals finalized so we can get permits and begin moving dirt. He has everything lined up, just got to get the permitting done so we can roll. It's a lengthy process, but a necessary process.

More updates coming this week to expand more. It's been 100 mph getting this building going and very soon we are going to be making posts about all the tenants we've signed with to make the future of the PHNX and everyone involved very bright!
